Responsibilities

Develop and own the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the CLM programme.
Define the test approach across Functional, SIT, Integration, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
Coordinate testing across multiple vendors, business teams, and technical delivery teams.
Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management.
Establish test governance, quality gates, entry and exit criteria, and reporting.
Manage test environments, test data, and deployment dependencies.
Ensure comprehensive validation of integrations with enterprise applications.
Oversee defect management, triage meetings, prioritisation, and resolution tracking.
Produce test metrics, dashboards, and executive status reports.
Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and defects.
Collaborate with Release Management to support production readiness and go-live activities.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Extensive experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead on enterprise transformation programmes.
Proven experience delivering testing for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience testing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware.
Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Regression Testing, UAT, and Release Testing.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience producing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and quality dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.
