Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve Playwright-based end-to-end test automation across UI, API, and integration layers.
- Author and maintain release validation documentation supporting 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance.
- Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing techniques, including LLM-based test generation and intelligent failure triage.
- Integrate and maintain quality gates across development and deployment pipelines.
- Write tests alongside product features, surface risks early, and promote quality engineering practices.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and share testing knowledge with teammates without managing them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software or QA engineering experience with meaningful depth in test automation.
- Strong proficiency with Playwright and experience building reliable, maintainable automation frameworks.
- Experience contributing to or authoring traceability matrices and validation summary reports.
- Familiarity with GxP validation practices and 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, or similar software regulatory frameworks.
- Interest or experience in LLM-assisted test generation and failure analysis.
- Ability to read production code, debug across the stack, and build usable test infrastructure.
- Clear communication skills for explaining testing strategy and risk tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
