Base Salary
$121k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform software QA and testing for automation and verification problems in distributed systems.
- Work with developers and QA teams on system-wide automation infrastructure.
- Contribute to system test plans and ensure effective test coverage and automation.
- Create and deploy automated system tests that replicate real-world scenarios.
- Improve testing methodologies and procedures to increase test automation efficiency.
- Review product and system design requirements for test plan and test case accuracy.
- Develop test automation using coding and software development.
- Solve large-scale distributed systems problems and work with related internet technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Telecommunications System Management, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.
- Two years of experience building software test beds, unit tests, automation tools, or infrastructure.
- Two years of experience with C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl, or JSON.
- Two years of experience with SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
- Two years of experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Jira, Chef, Git, or GitLab.
- Two years of experience with Django, Flask, Spring, or Splunk.
- Two years of experience with Docker, Oracle, Kubernetes, Cassandra, or Kafka.
