Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Write and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams on technical solutions.
- Drive improvements that enhance team performance and engineering efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Build real-time, large-scale systems for detecting and preventing fraud and abuse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience focused on scalable system design and development.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, including Go and PHP.
- Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with internet fraud, abuse, and botting incentive or disincentive structures is preferred.
- Familiarity with streaming culture and platforms is preferred.
- Experience building web applications and debugging production applications is preferred.
