Responsibilities
- Ensure platforms meet high-quality standards by creating automated tests and performing manual tests.
- Work with diverse technologies and collaborate with an experienced team.
- Own the test execution end-to-end, leading quality for the product.
- Test scalable web applications utilizing open-source tools and technologies.
- Use REST and GraphQL APIs for testing.
- Drive projects independently while maintaining team alignment.
- Lead test planning, automate common test cases, and perform manual testing of new features.
- Identify complex bugs and create detailed bug reports.
- Create a testing suite using AWS synthetic monitoring.
- Automate regression testing utilizing GitHub pipelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with software automation testing.
- 5+ years of experience with a JavaScript automation framework like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Experience working within Unix terminals.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Great eye for detail and precision.
- Bold and willing to speak up if something is wrong.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
