Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem.
- Engage and collaborate with strategic partners and key end-users.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt service.
- Support partner upskilling and drive excellence.
- Assess and analyze complex business challenges for partners and end-users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation of engagements and solutions.
- Manage high-impact projects and ensure successful implementation.
- Create and contribute to processes and procedures.
- Mentor and support Solutions Engineers and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Experience in a relevant technical field with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#.
- Ability to work with Agile Work Management and CRM tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
