Responsibilities
- Embed with customer stakeholders to discover high-impact business problems and translate them into shippable Agentic AI solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success during pre-sales evaluations and post-sales deployments.
- Integrate the platform with cloud, on-premises, data pipeline, CRM, ERP, and custom API environments.
- Design and deploy multi-agent systems, architectures, fine-tuned models, prompts, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic.
- Provide customer feedback and integration patterns to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or SaaS/AI technical consulting.
- Demonstrable expertise with LLMs, Generative AI concepts, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience using LLM frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs, value propositions, and project plans to engineering teams and non-technical executives.
- Ability to operate with ownership and deliver measurable customer outcomes under tight timelines.
