Responsibilities
- Embed within customer engineering teams to design, build, deploy, debug, and operate production AI systems.
- Deliver agentic AI solutions for migration discovery, wave planning, runbook generation, infrastructure provisioning, and human-AI collaboration.
- Build orchestration and workflow systems, shared platform services, project datastores, external system connectors, and agent lifecycle management capabilities.
- Develop bidirectional data and workflow integrations with AWS Transform and create customer-specific agents and integrations.
- Contribute across the full software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, coding, design reviews, testing, deployment, operations, and iteration.
- Coach customer engineers and new team members on producing high-quality code.
Requirements
- At least three years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Preferred experience building or deploying AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Preferred experience with agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or foundation model integration.
- Preferred experience mentoring junior engineers and working in customer-facing or consulting-adjacent engineering roles.
