Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for strategic partners.
- Build and maintain implementation playbooks, integration guides, and technical runbooks.
- Lead technical working sessions with partner engineering teams.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to APIs, webhooks, and card network configurations.
- Transform partner feedback into structured input for Product and Engineering.
- Conduct regular technical reviews with enterprise partners.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a client-facing technical role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Expert-level comfort with APIs and hands-on debugging skills.
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- A builder's mindset focused on documentation and systematization.
