Responsibilities
- Own the core services for authenticating all entities within the ecosystem.
- Define the authorization strategy for fine-grained permissions across a multi-tenant hierarchy.
- Manage internal SDKs and middleware for seamless integration of security features.
- Oversee enterprise integration standards, including federated identity and automated provisioning.
- Improve system observability by integrating monitoring and load-testing protocols.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of audit logging pipelines and identity data.
- Establish the technical bar and operational culture for the India-based team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems in Go.
- Deep understanding of AuthN/AuthZ primitives such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
- Proven ability in managing complex data migrations and building gRPC-based microservices.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating Technical Design Documents.
