Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Salesforce OmniStudio solutions for enterprise applications.
- Implement and enhance OmniStudio FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, quality engineering, and business stakeholders on technical designs and requirements.
- Review configurations, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement stability and response-time improvements.
- Create reusable OmniStudio templates and patterns to improve consistency and maintainability.
- Support testing, defect remediation, deployment, release, and production monitoring activities.
- Document technical designs, configuration decisions, and deployment procedures.
- Guide peers on OmniStudio best practices and align development with program-level priorities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio capabilities, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and related configuration tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals and constraints.
- Practical understanding of software development lifecycle practices, version control, code review, and standardized deployment workflows.
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and explaining technical topics.
- Awareness of program management concepts, including workstream coordination, dependency tracking, and delivery alignment.
- Experience requirement is stated as 4–10 years, with the job summary also referencing 8–10 years of experience.
