Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end.
- Improve the ranking of profile search results.
- Develop new search filters and data sources.
- Improve the first five minutes of the user onboarding experience.
- Fine-tune models to extract relevant insights from profiles.
- Build feedback loops to improve search queries.
- Contribute to engineering decisions while working closely with the founders.
Requirements
- Experience building something from scratch, such as a startup, project, or feature.
- Experience with core parts of the stack, including Next.js and AWS.
- Demonstrated excellence through education, work experience, projects, or other accomplishments.
- Hands-on, ownership-oriented approach with a willingness to learn by building.
