Responsibilities
- Work closely with end users to understand their challenges and design software solutions.
- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring performance in real-world environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to drive complex projects to completion.
- Monitor and improve system reliability and performance through metrics analysis and issue diagnosis.
- Balance short-term urgency with long-term maintainability in software solutions.
- Travel approximately 25% to deploy and support software systems in operational settings.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript.
- High ownership mindset with a bias to action and responsibility for software development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing engineering interactions.
- Active U.S. secret security clearance required; top secret preferred.
