Base Salary
$141k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own AI implementation projects from discovery through production deployment.
- Build and scale LLM-powered agentic workflows and production data pipelines for enterprise construction operations.
- Partner with enterprise customers to evaluate operational challenges, gather technical requirements, and define AI implementation strategies.
- Implement solutions that deliver measurable financial and operational value by reducing risk and increasing efficiency.
- Lead onsite technical workshops, customer embeds, and field deployments while traveling to client sites up to 50% or more.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping solutions with large language models and practical knowledge of prompting, tool integration, evaluation, and retrieval.
- Strong machine learning fundamentals, including evaluation methods, model training and fine-tuning principles, and complex problem decomposition.
- Strong software engineering foundation and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar modern stacks.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse customer technical environments and collaborate with customer engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites up to 50% or more.
