Responsibilities
- Ship AI agent capabilities that run in production at national banks and servicers.
- Contribute to evaluation and QA harnesses that identify failure modes and improve reliable AI deployments.
- Work with voice and language models on latency, interruption handling, grounding, and tool use.
- Integrate AI agents into enterprise environments.
- Participate in real customer calls to learn how AI is deployed in practice.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s, master’s, or bootcamp degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals in at least one of Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
- Experience with personal projects, coursework, hackathons, or previous internships.
- Familiarity with web development, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.
- Experience building real-time agents and interest in consumer lending, banking, or financial services are bonus qualifications.
