Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to define and execute a technical roadmap for a reliable, scalable trading platform.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend technologies like React and TypeScript.
- Work with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to turn product and technical visions into tangible roadmaps.
- Anchor complex projects and ensure high standards for code quality and system design.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance for low-latency, high-reliability systems.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans.
- Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and apply human-in-the-loop practices.
