Base Salary
$91k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop best-practice configurations and solution designs for customer deployments.
- Set up, develop, configure, and test technical assets according to project scope.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to build feature extensions.
- Identify use cases for LivePerson capabilities and deploy enhancements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert across LivePerson solutions.
- Guide customers on applying technical solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Manage customer technical assets and drive adoption of new solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and improve sentiment.
- Support strategic initiatives through technical leadership.
- Share best practices to improve program efficiency and outcomes.
- Provide technical enablement to LivePerson partners.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years managing SaaS software solutions within enterprise organizations.
- Experience with frontend or backend development is a plus.
