Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, high-impact systems.
- Strong technical judgment combined with product and business awareness.
- Experience with scalable backend, distributed, or data-intensive systems.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across various teams.
