Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement offline and online feature pipelines for user signals.
- Develop models for user understanding, focusing on identity prediction.
- Integrate model outputs into ads targeting and bidding models.
- Manage the entire model lifecycle from data preparation to deployment.
- Ensure features are available online with low latency for real-time bidding.
- Identify and improve signal quality and coverage through data validation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align signal design with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an ML engineer or applied scientist in production environments.
- Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Spark or Flink.
- Proven track record of taking models from concept to production with real metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess model behavior and business impact.
