Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of on-premises Dynamics 365 CRM Service solutions across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor technical teams while enforcing accountability, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Translate business and client requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Customize D365 CRM entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Provide technical direction for C# Web API and RESTful service integrations.
- Manage code collaboration and version control using Bitbucket or similar tools.
- Support deployment and configuration management through Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate D365 CRM data migrations using SSIS or KingswaySoft.
- Implement unit testing with mock frameworks and use XRM Toolbox to improve solution quality.
- Support CRM solution packaging and deployment across environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on-premises.
- Strong C# experience developing plugins, custom workflows, server-side logic, Web Services, and console applications, or implementing SSIS packages.
- Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 Service or Customer Service module and its out-of-the-box service-management features.
- Experience designing and implementing Service or Sales CRM modules.
- Strong interpersonal, client-facing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Preferred experience with ReactJS or Power Platform components.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.
