Responsibilities
- Design scalable data protection solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of backup and recovery solutions.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to guide decision-making.
- Manage technical risks and ensure project documentation is complete.
- Engage with customers to assess their data management landscape.
- Perform data migrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide updates and escalate risks to project managers.
- Collaborate with regional Technical Architects on global engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS projects.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery software, preferably Commvault.
- Strong understanding of networking, storage systems, and Linux OS administration.
- Proficiency in protecting cloud services like Microsoft 365 and major public clouds.
- Ability to script in Linux and automate tasks for Infrastructure as Code.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a regional language is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel across the Asia region as required.
