Responsibilities
- Research and recommend scalable automation solutions aligned with client needs, business value, technical constraints, security, and maintainability.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and improve reliable UiPath automations using reusable components, exception handling, logging, and software engineering practices.
- Build or contribute to solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integrations, and other low-code capabilities.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering and AI-enabled automation to analysis, development, documentation, testing, and solution improvement while protecting sensitive data.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve automation solutions through structured support and ticketing processes.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and automation specialists on solution design, code reviews, estimates, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development and/or automation engineering experience, including hands-on delivery of enterprise automation solutions.
- Strong Robotic Process Automation experience, preferably with UiPath, spanning design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably C#/.NET, along with clean code, debugging, version control, error handling, logging, and code review practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, files, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Senior-level ownership, client orientation, adaptability, mentoring ability, and willingness to work across projects, technologies, and support contexts.
- Ability and willingness to broaden expertise across Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled automation.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly, including effective prompting, critical validation of outputs, understanding limitations, protecting sensitive information, and owning final results.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, connectors, and application lifecycle management.
- Preferred experience with AI-enabled automation such as document understanding, intelligent extraction, natural-language interfaces, copilots, agents, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365, SAP, REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, Git, Azure, Excel-based automation, enterprise credentials, monitoring practices, UiPath Process Mining, or Celonis.
- UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or relevant AI certifications are beneficial.
