Responsibilities

Architect and oversee Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements for customers.
Translate complex customer use cases into actionable solutions.
Act as a senior technical advisor to build deep customer trust.
Partner with sales teams to drive deal progress and engage stakeholders.
Capture customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
Lead discussions around customer-specific needs and product design tradeoffs.

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a technical customer-facing role.
Deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Skilled at distilling complexity into clear plans and decisions.
Comfortable in cross-functional environments influencing product strategy and customer outcomes.
Expertise in modern enterprise technology such as SSO, RBAC, and cloud IAM.
