Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee Proof-of-Value engagements so customers can evaluate Opal’s integration with their enterprise environments.
- Translate customer use cases and security objectives into actionable solutions and implementation guidance.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor who addresses technical challenges and builds long-term customer trust.
- Partner with sales teams to advance deals, engage stakeholders, and align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Synthesize customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
- Lead discussions about customer-specific needs and product design tradeoffs while maintaining scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or another technical customer-facing role.
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure is preferred.
- Deep technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders are required.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, create clear plans, and influence internal and external stakeholders is required.
- Expertise in enterprise technologies such as SSO, RBAC, cloud IAM, and data access governance is required.
