Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end workstreams across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and production operations.
- Build internal tools, GTM integrations, data workflows, automation systems, and reusable software primitives.
- Own and evolve Eve’s content-driven web platform for safe publishing by non-engineers.
- Develop monitoring, validation, runbooks, and reliability controls for webhooks, data syncs, and production errors.
- Partner with growth, marketing, sales, and RevOps to discover requirements, translate workflows into software, and measure outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership through code review, reusable patterns, mentoring, and sound build-versus-buy judgment.
Requirements
- Approximately 6+ years of professional software engineering experience owning business-critical production systems.
- Deep full-stack experience across modern web technologies, backend services, APIs, and databases.
- Strong debugging and reliability skills across frontends, APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, and production logs.
- Demonstrated product and business judgment, including scope negotiation, tradeoff decisions, and independent execution under ambiguity.
- Ability to run fuzzy workstreams through production with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with non-engineering teams.
- Clear communication, mentoring ability, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript web stacks, Astro, Next, SvelteKit, Sanity, Contentful, or similar CMS-backed sites.
- Preferred familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment, Clay, Apollo, SQL, third-party API integrations, growth or web-platform engineering, and internal tools.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, and with applied LLM, agent, or automation systems.
