Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Engage with partners and end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab's technology.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to identify and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct technical activities such as discovery, requirements gathering, and demonstrations.
- Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service.
- Support partner upskilling to enhance customer support across unique channels.
- Assess and analyze business challenges, proposing alternative approaches when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback to the product team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer engagements and solution designs.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Software Development.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% across Latin America and North America.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a relevant technical field with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, SQL, Java, or C# is a benefit.
- Familiarity with Agile Work Management and CRM tools like JIRA and Salesforce is an asset.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
