Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-performance, multi-asset trading systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Build reliable, scalable, and performant software used directly by investment professionals across the globe.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Improve system stability, scalability, and observability in a production trading environment.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
- Experience working with real-time or event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and production support practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
