Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support distributed software applications.
- Deliver engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing.
- Build full-stack and backend solutions using modern programming languages, cloud-native and microservices architectures, APIs, and frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with client engagement teams to modernize systems, processes, products, and customer-facing platforms.
- Provide technology recommendations and deliver reliable systems with a strong customer experience.
- Adapt to changing priorities, learn new technologies, and contribute to an innovative and inclusive project environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology software development.
- Backend experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, microservices, serverless, and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks and practices such as React, Angular, or responsive web design.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience building applications or platforms with cloud-native or microservices architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
- Experience with collaborative development tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and tools, plus knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
- Comfort working in an Agile and TDD environment.
- Preferred experience with Akka, Scala, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, AngularJS, ReactJS, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, MongoDB, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Strong computer-science foundation, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, self-direction, and willingness to learn.
