Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and handle asynchronous operations.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable JavaScript and TypeScript code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, functionality, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and development standards.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Contribute to improved development practices, code quality, and application performance.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including significant ReactJS experience.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including functional components, hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component design.
- Hands-on experience with state management, preferably Redux or Context API.
- Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern software development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and code-quality skills.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript, Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
- Preferred experience with frontend performance optimization and best practices.
- Preferred understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Preferred exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering production-ready React applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English proficiency and advanced conversational English and Spanish are required.
- Candidates must be based in Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Saltillo, Mexico; foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
