Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own growth projects from scoping through frontend and backend implementation, production launch, and iteration.
- Build onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, usage dashboard, upgrade prompt, feature discovery, and guidance experiences.
- Improve the developer playground and build conversion-focused landing pages with interactive APIs and data layers.
- Create internal customer dashboards, outreach interfaces, manifest views, and triage tools.
- Instrument features, run A/B tests, and measure the impact of experiments.
- Improve developer experience through SDK ergonomics, sample code, starter templates, and first-run experiences.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Product Growth, data and growth engineers, and core engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience is required.
- Strong production full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.
- Comfort working with Python and SQL.
- Experience owning features end to end across frontend and backend.
- Ability to scope ambiguous growth projects, ship quickly, instrument work, and evaluate results through data.
- Product-minded judgment, attention to detail, clear communication, and strong written documentation.
- Experience with in-product growth features, conversion landing pages, internal tools, A/B testing, developer-facing products, or LLMs in production is a bonus.
- Bonus stack experience includes Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, PostgreSQL, and the Anthropic Claude API.
- Remote applicants may work across the Americas from UTC-3 to UTC-10; US citizenship or a visa is required for the San Francisco role.
