Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own growth projects end-to-end, from scoping to production.
- Build in-product growth features to enhance user activation and retention.
- Improve the playground for developers to transition from trial to usage.
- Ship conversion landing pages that drive user signups.
- Develop internal tooling for the Product Growth team.
- Run experiments and measure the impact of your work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, and SQL.
- Experience owning features end-to-end, not just frontends or APIs.
- Strong product sense with the ability to identify issues in user flows.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on conversion metrics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in development.
