Base Salary
$113k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, scalable, reusable software using sound architecture and engineering practices.
- Partner with developers and product owners to understand requirements and own code from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Create simple-to-use software that allows customers to extend and customize functionality.
- Apply AI to solve developer needs and explore AI integrations into work processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Java and the web as a platform, with emphasis on reusability and componentization.
- 0-2+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as React.
- Analytical and software design skills.
- Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor is preferred.

- Base pay of $113,100 - $175,300, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
