Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as an independent contributor to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to clarify product requirements and ship impactful features.
- Design and architect new features in partnership with engineering, product, and design teams.
- Validate customer needs through experimentation and rapid MVP development.
- Ensure high-quality software deliverables with a focus on performance and security.
- Monitor and resolve production issues for team-owned services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (or similar languages/frameworks).
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership from feature design through production release.
- Desire to collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute positively to the team.
