Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions for financial services clients.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee planning, development, deployment, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration for ServiceNow implementations.
- Assess client environments and recommend improvements to service management processes and ServiceNow functionality.
- Create architectural diagrams, configuration specifications, user guides, and other project documentation.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and mentor development teams on ServiceNow best practices.
- Advise clients through workshops and presentations covering solution designs, project progress, and status updates.
- Monitor ServiceNow features, financial-sector regulatory requirements, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on financial-sector implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and APIs.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security Incident Response, Customer Service Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, GRC, and HR Service Delivery modules.
- Technical proficiency with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices, including sprints, product backlogs, and user stories.
- Master’s degree or relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist, is preferred.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and ServiceNow certifications is highly desirable.
