Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent AI agents with Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Build, orchestrate, and manage multi-agent systems using the Agent Development Kit.
- Integrate Model Context Protocol Toolbox with BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.
- Architect scalable agentic solutions combining reasoning, retrieval, tool usage, and workflow automation.
- Use Vertex AI for model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
- Build and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines with Dataflow.
- Enable low-latency inference using Vertex AI Endpoints and RunInference APIs.
- Implement retrieval-augmented architectures with vector search in BigQuery and AlloyDB.
- Apply data preprocessing, feature engineering, scaling, normalization, encoding, missing-value imputation, and model performance monitoring.
- Communicate project progress, risks, blockers, and technical decisions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate through technical reviews, planning sessions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI Model Garden, Vertex AI Pipelines, model evaluation and optimization, Vertex AI Endpoints, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including SQL with BigQuery, for machine learning and data engineering.
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, stateful real-time processing, contextual memory, retrieval systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of generative AI and autonomous-agent trends.
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and Vertex AI Endpoints.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services, banking, FinTech, or retail.
- Preferred knowledge of credit risk assessment, fraud detection, royalty forecasting, search relevance optimization, or customer intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy, governance, regulatory compliance, PII protection, data masking, data redaction, secure data handling, and compliance-driven AI architectures.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable, secure, and production-ready technical solutions.

- Base compensation is listed at $68,911 to $161,544 annually, with possible additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.
