Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for outbound prospecting and lead enrichment.
- Build intelligent outbound sequences using intent signals and AI-generated personalization.
- Orchestrate integrations across multiple platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Identify and automate manual processes within the sales organization.
- Create enrichment pipelines to score and route inbound leads effectively.
- Develop real-time dashboards and alerts to track performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a related technical role.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end workflows and automations.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and CRM architecture.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and deal progression.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
