Responsibilities
- Build and ship features end-to-end with rapid iteration cycles.
- Work across the stack to create reliable product experiences from ambiguous problems.
- Collaborate directly with founders on large-scale challenges.
- Scale the product into new industries through fast pilots and live demos.
- Design systems for real-time AI decision-making balancing precision and user trust.
- Enhance the product through feedback, experimentation, and execution.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong commitment to craftsmanship and high-quality product development.
- Familiarity with React/Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and ClickHouse.
- Ability to own features from backend systems to polished UI.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with high responsibility.
- Excited about building AI interfaces for critical decision-making.
