Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end features on rapid iteration cycles
- Work across the stack to turn ambiguous problems into reliable product experiences
- Partner directly with the founders on large-scale, frontier problems
- Scale the product into new industries and workflows through fast pilots and live demos
- Design real-time AI decision systems that balance precision, speed, and user trust
- Improve the product through rapid feedback, experimentation, and strong execution
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a commitment to high-quality product craftsmanship
- Comfort with React/Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and ClickHouse, while specific technology experience is not required
- Ability to own features end-to-end across backend systems, user interfaces, and production
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with short iteration cycles and significant responsibility
- Interest in building AI interfaces for high-stakes decisions involving fraud, scams, and abuse
