Base Salary
$190k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI agent-based systems for multi-step tasks using defined goals, tools, and decision logic.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with thoughtful component architecture and performance optimization.
- Build backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Architect scalable systems and contribute to high-level design and planning.
- Drive code quality, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other functions to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and support peer learning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying AI-powered systems, including agent-based workflows, tool orchestration, RAG architectures, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Strong backend and systems fundamentals covering APIs, scalability, cloud, and CI/CD; React and/or Java experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience building real-world AI applications with agent workflows, orchestration logic, and modern LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and modern system design patterns.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code across the stack.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
