Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications aligned with product and architectural initiatives.
- Lead architectural governance, platform-convergence, and engineering planning activities.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
- Assist, mentor, and provide technical direction to development staff delivering product features.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering quality and learning.
- Drive technical discussions toward decisions and successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, peers, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Lead cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in .NET full-stack development is required.
- At least 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and enhancing reliable and scalable systems using architecture and design patterns.
- Significant systems engineering experience involving analytical systems design and implementation.
- Fluency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectures and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Preferred experience with DevOps concepts, application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
