Responsibilities
- Shape product features from early definition through implementation, release, and iteration.
- Build end-to-end customer-facing features across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop backend TypeScript services using Node, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Build frontend experiences using TypeScript and React.
- Fix bugs, improve infrastructure, and strengthen technical foundations.
- Expand the third-party integration marketplace and build reliable HR technology integrations.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions as the product scales.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to turn ideas and customer problems into high-quality experiences.
- Support customers when technical problems require engineering input.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing when engineering context supports communication, demonstrations, or delivery.
Requirements
- Multiple years of industry experience building full-stack web applications, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong TypeScript knowledge and experience across backend and frontend systems.
- Experience taking features from idea through production.
- Strong product instincts and appreciation for design, usability, and digital product quality.
- Experience collaborating directly with Product and Design.
- A proven record of shipping work that creates meaningful customer or user value.
- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality and stronger technical foundations.
- Strong engineering judgment and interest in technical architecture.
- High ownership and comfort working across different parts of the product and technology stack.
