Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Build and orchestrate LLM agents using prompt design, grounding, retrieval, and structured outputs.
- Test and evaluate agent behavior, including uncertainty and non-deterministic outputs.
- Build and configure Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems through Graph, REST, SQL, SharePoint, and business-system APIs.
- Develop solutions on Azure and AWS and apply their AI services.
- Support the full delivery lifecycle from design and development through testing and production.
- Support live products, triage defects with real users, and participate in code reviews.
- Work within enterprise guardrails including AI risk assessment, information security review, data loss prevention, environments, and licensing.
- Conduct data preparation and analysis and document code, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI developer or in a similar role, supported by a project portfolio.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of Git and version control.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with or strong willingness to develop skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and their AI services.
- Ability to solve problems independently and collaborate effectively, with strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Copilot Studio or other agent orchestration experience, enterprise governance experience, user or product design exposure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
