Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify security issues and design and implement security controls, tools, and services.
- Define infrastructure for analyzing, deploying, and managing vulnerability management across Google.
- Build a data-driven approach to identify vulnerabilities and improve Alphabet’s GCP security posture.
- Partner with security engineers and other teams to prioritize and execute security debt reduction efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
- Five years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
- Five years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.
- One year of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
- Preferred: experience with Terraform and GCP.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
