Responsibilities
- Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle from customer discovery through production launch.
- Work directly with customer teams to understand workflows and identify adoption barriers.
- Translate operational processes into AI-driven workflows using the company’s platform.
- Build customer-specific prototypes and iterate on scope based on customer feedback.
- Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 to 6 years of relevant experience shipping production software.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including experience with NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
- Ability to own delivery end to end from customer discovery through production.
- Empathy for private-market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is beneficial.
Benefits
- Salary range of €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
