Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Build and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Three.js, React, CSS, and Blender.
Contribute to new application development, product upgrades, feature enhancements, and multiple concurrent projects.
Analyze and estimate requested enhancements, feature changes, and development efforts.
Define requirements and technical solutions for new functionality and software enhancements.
Integrate internal and external product components into cohesive, user-centric experiences.
Evaluate software products, development tools, testing frameworks, productivity tools, and operating environments.
Develop and promote automated testing capabilities through effective software design practices.
Identify and implement architectural roadmaps supporting scalability and technology evolution.
Maintain coding standards, technical documentation, and development best practices.
Assess opportunities to extend applications across mobile platforms and emerging technologies.
Stay current with technology advancements and industry trends and support continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, with strong mathematics ability.
5–8 years of related experience developing software in a business production environment.
3–5 years of professional experience with the listed technologies, including at least 3 years of hands-on Three.js experience.
Deep JavaScript knowledge, including the event loop, memory management, closures, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Advanced React proficiency, including Hooks, Context, and component lifecycle.
Deep Three.js knowledge covering scene graphs, cameras, lighting, shadows, geometry manipulation, PBR materials, and post-processing pipelines.
Blender proficiency for tasks such as geometry cleanup, texture baking, UV map management, and optimized glTF/GLB export is preferred.
Ability to work through complex issues, identify interventions, analyze and resolve problems, and understand business strategies.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence developers, business users, and others across the organization.
Ability to comply with and enforce applicable state and federal regulations, company standards, and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
