Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze project requirements by liaising with business teams.
- Create and maintain project and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain Intellimatch modules for new reconciliation development and enhancements.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing.
- Investigate, triage, and resolve technical issues and coordinate them through closure.
- Support functional user queries and participate in production implementations and post-implementation support.
- Communicate with relevant business and IT teams and participate in project stand-up meetings.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with FIS Data Integrity Manager, formerly Intellimatch.
- Good understanding of SQL DML and DDL commands.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with issue triage, investigation, coordination, user support, and problem solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor of Computer Science desired, with relevant combinations of work and education accepted.
