Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the cloud platform in a customer-oriented manner.
- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of the cloud backend.
- Perform hands-on, hardware-oriented work at the console.
- Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance activities.
- Automate infrastructure using common automation frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with a team of cloud and security specialists.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in IT and securing Linux operating systems, with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
- Very good knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Anti-DDoS, WAF, and physical networks.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation.
- Strong experience with Linux, network-related services, and IT security.
- Ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
- High customer focus and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are advantageous.
