Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Set technical standards and provide senior engineering expertise across multiple teams.
- Partner with product management to shape product strategy, product descriptions, and technology roadmaps.
- Own technical product design and architecture for complex application and service solutions.
- Develop departmental-wide technical vision and influence cross-functional engineering approaches.
- Design and engineer cloud, containerized, automated, operationally ready, and self-service-enabled solutions.
- Lead or contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, risk management, and protection of systems and data.
- Coach and mentor engineers and present technical concepts to small-to-medium and company-wide audiences.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and improve Early Warning products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, with a master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience designing and developing complex software projects, including at least eight years in the FinTech domain.
- One to two years of experience implementing cloud application services using containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, and security guidelines.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and designing and building complex end-to-end full-stack systems.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Java/J2EE, JUnit, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Kafka, Tibco EMS or JMS, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, and test automation.
- Experience with microservices architecture, object-oriented analysis and design, CI/CD pipeline implementation, code repositories, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure; AWS experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Splunk, Altiris, Zabbix, database design and architectures, Terraform, AppDynamics, and cloud orchestration technologies is preferred.
- Experience with C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, ACH/EFT, RTP, FedNow, on-premises-to-cloud migration, and cloud/Kubernetes certification is preferred.
- Effective communication, public speaking, presentation, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership skills are required.
- Successful completion of a background and drug screen and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship are required.

- Base pay ranges from $173,000 to $230,000 in Phoenix/Chicago and from $207,000 to $276,000 in San Francisco, plus a discretionary incentive plan.
