Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed services and APIs supporting the full contract lifecycle from authoring and approval through execution and operations.
- Develop workflow-orchestration and approval-flow engines with multi-stage routing, delegation, escalation, and gate enforcement.
- Integrate e-signature and CLM platforms such as DocuSign and Salesforce-based contracting systems.
- Implement LLM-powered workflows, MCPs, and automation for contract drafting, review, approval routing, and contracting insights.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, investigate operational issues, and deliver permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with deal desk, legal, finance, AWS partner business, and solutions architecture stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
