Responsibilities
- Lead and support the response to all security events and incidents.
- Document incidents and create best practices as runbooks.
- Collaborate with teams to address challenges from various threat actors.
- Drive improvements in security and reliability from incidents.
- Manage the security incident lifecycle and participate in on-call rotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers.
- Provide mentorship and support for team development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in security incident response in a production-cloud environment.
- Expertise in security issues and technologies.
- Ability to utilize AI for security incident response.
- Advanced knowledge of service-oriented architectures and cloud security tools.
- Experience with SIEM platforms and SOAR tools.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other large cloud platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships across the organization.
