[EAF] Lead AI Engineer (with Joining Bonus)

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions covering computer vision, GenAI, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the full AI/ML lifecycle, including data acquisition, preprocessing, model development, deployment, validation, and monitoring.
- Own technical design and architecture for AI/ML solutions and features within larger engineering applications.
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Implement MLOps practices, including data and model version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
- Mentor junior engineers on AI/ML concepts, coding practices, and data science tools and frameworks.
- Build, train, and validate high-performance models using advanced ML frameworks and statistical methods.
- Guide technical problem solving, conduct technical reviews, and ensure the quality and integrity of AI/ML work products.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of professional experience, including developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems.
- Proven experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLOps practices.
- Experience owning technical topics and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to implement solutions from scratch and build products across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents or frameworks, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Experience with machine learning, neural network architectures, NLP, OpenCV or image processing, and model-based development.
- Knowledge of ML lifecycle management, model validation and evaluation, and data annotation basics.
- Experience with Python, data modeling and design, code review, and solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and English communication skills, plus proficiency with Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant machine learning or cloud platform certifications are preferred.
