Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions spanning computer vision, Generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions from data acquisition and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
- Own technical design and architecture for AI/ML solutions and features.
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Implement MLOps practices, including data and model version control, automated testing, and machine learning CI/CD pipelines.
- Build, train, and validate models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, statistical methods, and related frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers on AI/ML concepts, coding practices, and data science tools.
- Guide resolution of complex technical challenges and conduct technical reviews.
- Ensure AI/ML work complies with applicable industry standards, regulations, company policies, and quality frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of experience.
- Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLOps practices.
- Experience owning technical topics and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to implement AI/ML solutions from scratch across the full product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents/frameworks, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of machine learning, neural network architectures, NLP, OpenCV/image processing, and model-based development.
- Experience with MLOps, ML lifecycle management, model validation and evaluation, and data annotation basics.
- Experience with Python, data modeling and design, code review, and solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and English communication skills, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant machine learning or cloud platform certifications are a plus.
