Responsibilities
- Develop prototype applications, frameworks, and system components showcasing advanced AI capabilities.
- Build agent-enabled applications integrating foundation models, tools, APIs, external services, and device capabilities.
- Evaluate agent architectures, workflows, user experiences, reliability, and task completion.
- Integrate AI models and agentic workflows with orchestration logic, memory systems, runtimes, and end-to-end data flows.
- Design maintainable software architectures and contribute to internal tools, automation, and prototyping infrastructure.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers while communicating technical designs, trade-offs, and implementation details.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 2-4+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 1-3+ years, or a PhD, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of Python, C++, Java, Kotlin, Go, or Rust.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in architecture, modularity, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and maintainable code.
- Experience designing complex software systems and developing applications or systems from concept through working prototype.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI applications, LLMs, multimodal models, tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory systems, planning, reasoning, or multi-agent architectures.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP, or similar agent frameworks is preferred.
- Preferred experience with AI integration across mobile, edge, cloud, or embedded platforms, Snapdragon, on-device AI, internal tools, automation, or developer productivity solutions.
