Responsibilities
- Develop prototype applications, software components, frameworks, and end-to-end systems showcasing advanced AI capabilities.
- Build agent-enabled applications integrating foundation models, tools, APIs, external services, memory systems, orchestration logic, and device capabilities.
- Rapidly prototype and evaluate agent architectures, workflows, reliability, task completion, and user experiences.
- Integrate and evaluate AI models and agentic workflows across mobile, edge, cloud, and device platforms.
- Design maintainable software architectures and contribute to internal tools, automation, and prototyping infrastructure.
- Apply software engineering practices including testing, debugging, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers and communicate technical designs, trade-offs, and implementation details.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with stated software, systems, or hardware engineering experience; equivalent industry experience may also qualify.
- Strong programming ability in one or more of Python, C++, Java, Kotlin, Go, or Rust.
- Strong fundamentals in architecture design, modularity, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and clean maintainable code.
- Experience designing complex software systems and developing applications or systems from concept through working prototype.
- Preferred experience building agentic AI applications using LLMs, multimodal models, tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory, planning, reasoning, or multi-agent architectures.
- Preferred familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP, or similar agent frameworks.
- Preferred experience evaluating agent reliability and integrating AI features across mobile, edge, cloud, or embedded platforms.
- Snapdragon platforms, on-device AI deployment, internal tools, automation systems, and developer productivity experience are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
