Responsibilities
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, technical solutions, and target architectures for global clients.
- Perform technology-oriented analyses, IT-system and architecture reviews, feasibility studies, and digital-capability assessments.
- Design, analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Manage or coordinate small agile development and project teams and provide technical guidance.
- Establish practices such as DevOps and CI/CD and oversee technical implementation of digital requirements including cyber resilience.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of LLMs and generative AI tools across consulting and work tasks.
- Travel to client sites in national and international projects and communicate complex technical topics in English.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline, with higher-than-average grades.
- Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Familiarity with machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, robotics, and modern software development methods and tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and knowledge of how to apply them across work tasks.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and communicate complex topics fluently in English.
